If you are booking our arrangements in China, making an enquiry or registering for our e-mail newsletter we may ask you for your name, your postal address, your telephone and fax number and your e-mail address.

We will need your name, address and/or e-mail address to send you information about our programmes and newsletters. To ensure that you receive e-mails from Benmo Ltd please add to your Address Book or Safe List.

You will of course be able to unsubscribe at any time.

We need your name so that we can confirm these details with the hotels, airlines or other suppliers with whom we are making your arrangements. We require your postal address and/or e-mail address to send you your confirmation invoice and any pre-departure information. We also require your telephone number in the event we need to contact you in relation to your booking.

When we collect payment for your booking, we will need to ask for your credit or debit card details.

We may use your IP (Internet Protocol) address to monitor visitor patterns to our site, to diagnose problems, with a view to improving our customers’ experience of using our web-site.

We will only supply information to hotels, airlines and other suppliers and agents where it is necessary to do so in connection with your travel arrangements with Benmo Ltd. This may include the transfer of information outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

3) How do we use ‘cookies’?

A cookie consists of information sent by a web server to a web browser, and stored by the browser. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser. We only use cookies to gather statistics relating to the use of our web-site, not for any other purpose. The information gathered is anonymous and does not contain your personal details.

We may only disclose information about you to hotels, airlines, agencies, or other suppliers insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes as set out in this privacy policy. We will not pass on your information to Third Parties for marketing purposes.

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure password- and firewall-protected servers. Our data is stored via the Constant Contact email newsletter system and thier privacy policy and terms and conditions apply. See for more information.

Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

We may update this privacy policy from time-to-time by posting a new version on our website.  You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.
